My confirmation appears to be cancelled, according to Dollar in Lihue. I’ve received two mails, one confirming, then a cancellation with a payment request. What am I paying if there’s no active reservation?

I called dollar rental car, they said they have no active reservation, and they are completely sold out. They said our reservation was cancelled and cannot be reactivated.

You may have to confirm your credit card transaction inmediately via your APP or online banking. Which seems to be the new banking rules nowadays. Without payment the reservation would be cancelled.
